REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA PODER JUDICIAL JUZGADO DECIMO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACION, MEDIACION Y EJECUCION DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS Caracas, 30 de noviembre de 2009 AP21-L-2009-003483 Visto el escrito transaccional suscrito entre la ciudadana BRIGGITT EDUVIGIS PACHECO MUÑOZ contra las sociedades mercantiles ZUMEX INTERNACIONAL S.A., GRUPO GONIK C.A., REPRESENTACIONES ZUMEX DE VENEZUELA S.A., CORPORACION ASTUARIANA DEL CARIBE S.A. y GRUPO DEL PRADO S.A.; este Tribunal de una revisión exhaustiva del mismo, observa que se cumplen con los extremos establecidos en el artículo 3 de la Ley Orgánica del Trabajo en concordancia con los artículos 9 y 10 del Reglamento; se observa que no fueron vulnerados normas de orden público ni derechos irrenunciables del trabajador; por tal motivo, se HOMOLOGA EL ACUERDO en los términos expuestos, dándole EFECTOS DE COSA JUZGADA.
