SOCODEC DE VENEZUELA) este Tribunal de una revisión minuciosa del mismo, observa que no fueron vulnerados normas de orden público ni derechos irrenunciables del trabajador; por lo que este JUZGADO DECIMO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACION, MEDIACIÓN Y EJECUCION DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, HOMOLOGA el acuerdo en los términos expuestos, dándole EFECTOS DE COSA JUZGADA; por lo que se da por terminado el proceso y se ordena el archivo del expediente.
