TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR OCTAVO DE LO CONTENCIOSO ADMINISTRATIVO DE LA REGION CAPITAL CON SEDE EN CARACAS. Caracas, Dieciséis (16) de Noviembre de Dos Mil Diez (2010) 200° y 151° Visto el error material en que se incurrió al librar el Oficio de Notificación Nº 113-O-2010 y 114-O-2010 dirigidos a la Procuradora General de la Republica y al Fiscal General de la República, respectivamente, notificando el abocamiento de fecha Cinco (05) de Octubre de Dos Mil Diez (2010), los cuales no son parte en la presente causa, este Tribunal Superior considera procedente revocar por contrario imperio los señalados oficios, en virtud de tratarse de un acto de mera sustanciación, a tenor del Artículo 310 del Código de Procedimiento Civil. Del mismo modo, visto que se omitió librar oficio de notificación al Síndico Procurador del Municipio Bolivariano Libertador, este Juzgado ordena librarlo. Líbrese oficio. EL JUEZ Abg.
