REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA PODER JUDICIAL TRIBUNAL CUADRAGESIMO QUINTO (45º) DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE SUSTANCIACIÓN, MEDIACIÓN Y EJECUCIÓN DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL DEL TRABAJO DE LA CIRCUNSCRICION JUDICIAL DEL AREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS Caracas, once (11) de noviembre de dos mil catorce (2014) 204º y 155º ASUNTO : AP21-S-2014-002410 Vista la diligencia suscrita por la abogada JOHANA DE LA ROSA IPSA N° 185.900, actuando en su carácter de apoderado judicial de la parte oferente mediante la cual desiste de la oferta real de pago presentada por NALCO VENEZUELA, S.C.A., a favor del ciudadano JUAN MILLAN. En consecuencia este Juzgado HOMOLOGA EL DESISTIMIENTO DEL PROCEDIMIENTO en los términos indiciados, ordenando se dar por terminada la presente causa, su cierre informático y archivo definitivo.- EL JUEZ ABG.
