Es por estos razonamientos que este TRIBUNAL DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS AGUA BLANCA Y SAN RAFAEL DE ONOTO DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, y por autoridad de la Ley; DECLARA CON LUGAR, la SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO presentada por los ciudadanos: YANET JOSEFINA HOYOS MATHEUS, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-16.153.674 Y NELSON ANTONIO SILVA PINTO, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-12.446.141, de conformidad a lo que dispone el Artículo 185-A del Código Civil.
