DISPOSITIVA Por los fundamentos antes expuestos este JUZGADO PRIMERO DEL MUNICIPIO GUANARE DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, en nombre de la REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara CON LUGAR, la presente demanda por DAÑOS MATERIALES DERIVADOS DE ACCIDENTE DE TRANSITO, intentada por el ciudadano NESTOR JOSE CRESPO DE LA CRUZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 10.059.102, representado judicialmente por el Abogado JOSE GREGORIO HERNANDEZ QUINTERO, inscrito en el Instituto de Previsión Social del abogado bajo el N° 27.057, contra los ciudadanos DANNY ALBERTO VILLEGAS RIVAS Y ROBERT CARLOS VILLEGAS RIVAS, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad N° V-13.041.626 y V-12.238.494, respectivamente, asistidos judicialmente por la Abogada LINDA ESTRELLA DEL ALBA OROZCO ROMERO, inscrita en el Instituto de Previsión Social del abogado bajo el N° 131.936. Se condena.....
