En tal sentido, por todos los razonamientos antes señalados. Este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en Funciones de Control Administrando Justicia en nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de Ley decreta MEDIDA DE PROTECCIÓN DE PATRULLAJE CONSTANTE POR la residencia de la ciudadana ROCIO XIOMARA VALLTA, y para sus hijos: CARLOS JAVIER DEGOUVEIA VALLTA. PRESTANDIO EL SOCORRO NECESARIO A LOS FINES DE RESGUARDAR LA VÍDA DE LAS VÍCTIMAS. Notifíquese a la víctima, a la Fiscal Superior del Ministerio Publico y ofíciese a todos los Cuerpos de Seguridad Policial de Acarigua.
