Por los razonamientos anteriormente expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR NOVENO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara: COMPETENTE al JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, por cuanto el mismo es el llamado por Ley al tener competencia por la materia, territorio y cuantía para conocer del presente juicio. Se ordena la remisión del expediente al JUZGADO PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, a los fines indicados. Asimismo, se ordena oficiar al Juzgado Vigésimo Primero de Municipio de esta Circunscripción Judicial, comunicándole de esta decisión, a los fines establecidos en el artículo 75 del Código de Procedimiento Civil.
