DISPOSITIVA En fuerza de las anteriores consideraciones, este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DEL MUNICIPIO GUANARE DEL PRIMER CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO PORTUGUESA, administrando Justicia en NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, declara SIN LUGAR la demanda que por DESALOJO DE INMUEBLE ARRENDADO incoara, de conformidad con el literal a) del artículo 34 de la Ley de Arrendamientos Inmobiliarios, el ciudadano JESUS EFREN MÉNDEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 2.723.606, representado por su Apoderada Judicial, abogada ZORAIDA HERRERA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cedula de identidad N° 4.239.710 e inscrita en el Inpreabogado bajo el N° 108.324, contra el ciudadano TEOTIMO DE JESUS INFANTE SAAVEDRA, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 11.426.818, representado por su Apoderado judicial, Abogado JORGE LUIS SEIJAS ALMEA, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular .....
