DISPOSITIVA Por las motivaciones precedentes, este JUZGADO DUODÉCIMO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley, de conformidad con el artículo 257 de la Constitución Bolivariana de la República Venezuela y los Artículos 12, 242 y 243 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, Declara: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR, la solicitud de DIVORCIO formulada por los ciudadanos OLGA LUCIA CÁCERES ORDOÑEZ y JOSE ANTONIO VARELA FELIPE, venezolanos, mayores de edad y titulares de las cédulas de identidad números V- 13.349.024 y V- 6.844.980 respectivamente.
