V DISPOSITIVA Por los razonamientos anteriormente expuestos, éste JUZGADO DUODÉCIMO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, DEL TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, administrando Justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la Ley, de conformidad con el artículo 257 y 26 de la Constitución Bolivariana de la República Venezuela y los Artículos 12, 242, y 243 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara: PRIMERO: SE NIEGAN LAS MEDIDAS CAUTELARES SOLICITADAS por la representación judicial de la parte actora sobre bienes muebles e inmuebles propiedad de los codemandados JUAN CARLOS MALDONADO RAMIREZ, JHON JORGE HERNANDEZ ANGULO, BLADIMIR ALEXANDER GARCÍA LAPO y NELSON JOSÉ HIDALGO. SEGUNDO: No hay condenatoria en costas, dada la naturaleza de la presente decisión.-
