En fuerza de las razones expuestas, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR QUINTO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRÁNSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS, en nombre de la República y por Autoridad de la Ley, declara: CON LUGAR,la inhibición formuladapor el abogado WLADIMIR SILVA COLMENAREZ, en su carácter de Juezdel JUZGADO SEXTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRANSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ÁREA METROPOLITANA DE CARACAS,ello en el juicio que por DESALOJO interpuso la sociedad mercantil VIDEO SONIDO ELITER, C.A contra CORPORACION TOYOSUMMER 2016, C.A,por estar hecha en forma legal y causal establecida por la Ley.
