PRIMERO: MANTENER LA DECISION EMITIDA POR ESTE TRIBUNAL, EN FECHA 25-01-06, mediante la cual DECLARÓ SIN LUGAR la solicitud interpuesta por los Abogados JUAN MARTIN ECHEVERRIA PRICES, JUAN MARTIN ECHEVERRIA BECERRA y JESÚS ALEJANDRO LORETO, en su carácter de REPRESENTANTES DEL ESTADO DE CANADÁ, mediante la cual requieren a este Tribunal, se REVOQUE LA MEDIDA CAUTELAR SUSTITUTIVA DE LIBERTAD otorgada a favor del ciudadano LARRY ENRIQUE RAMIREZ CANELON, todo de conformidad con lo establecido en los Artículos 480 y 494 ambos del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal.
